Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team, in one of our Nursing Residential services. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential.

Duties

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, restock supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required during off-peak times.

Skills

• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
